SHIPPING
We offer standard international shipping through our (and your) local postal service and DHL Express.
Be aware that if you choose to ship without any tracking number, the liability for the shipment is yours as soon as we hand it over to the shipping company and there is nothing we can do on our part to retrieve or reimburse it.
If you choose to ship with a tracking number, the shipment can be tracked and the postal service can be instructed to retrieve or reimburse the package.
For maximum speed and reliability, we suggest to opt for DHL Express shipping during checkout. Heavy and/or large packages are automatically billed for and are shipped with DHL Express.
Please note: For the time being, we can currently not offer shipping with DHL Express.
We try to ship as fast as we can. Please be aware that some additional manual labor for certain products can incur an additional delay for shipping.
ORDERING FROM WITHIN THE EU
Please be aware that Switzerland is not part of the EU and any order shipped to a country inside the EU will be subject to your local import and tax regulations and fees.
